A colorless, fuming, strongly alkaline liquid (Hydrazine ≈ 51.2% w/w), with a sharp ammonia-like odor. Used as a high-reactivity reducing agent and precursor in water treatment, boiler chemicals, agrochemicals, dye synthesis, and photographic developers.
